Hi!
in our backend we registered a new device with the ID 86B9E9 but it says "no communication allowed". We bought about 5 devices from conrad. 3 of them work, now with the fourth device we get this error.
Could you please help or tell us what we have to do?

We had a bug in the activate platform. It has been fixed now. Can you retry?
