In this document is explained how to calculate the link quality based on the RSSI and the number of base stations. I'm interested to know how to calculate the link quality based on the SNR value. Any idea? Thank you in advance

@mfalkvidd, thank you for your replay. I know that this is not a recommended way to estimate the link quality but since i don't have any information about the number of the base stations (required by the rssi method), it's the only way to show to the users a simple indication of the LQ.

Hi @m.toriello,

Can you just use the "linkQuality" information provided by the messages API? The value corresponds to the indicator in your link, then you don't need to compute it on your side.
