The question is answered, right answer was accepted
I recently acquired a SmartEverything Fox board from Axel Elettronica. I have tried the few modules attached to it, and it seems to be working ok. The only problem is, when I try to activate the board to the Sigfox backend, it tells me that the device id is invalid, and it is not in the partners ids list.
I have tried to contact Sigfox, Arrow, Axel Elettronica, Telit. Nobody wants to help me.
I don't know if I am doing something wrong, so if anyone has any advice to give me, that would be great.

@vdury : You can now register through
https://backend.sigfox.com/activate/SmartEverything ; using this ID & the PAC provided by your supplier

First apologies for yours emails not getting a proper answer
It seems your device hasn't been provisioned properly on our platform
Can you give me its ID ? It should be on a sticker on the back of the board

I have the same problem with my Arrow SmartEverything board. Its ID is 0017a9e8, and I can't register it to the sigfox website "The device id 0017a9e8 is invalid, it's not in the partners ids list".
I suppose this number has not been properly provisioned, please @nlesconnec could you check it is the case, and help me solving this issue.
Thanks in advance.
