I tried four times to receive data from sigfox backend but just the first one worked right. I am using TD1207R loaded with software version SOFT2068, and using just AT commands. These are the first attempts of the day so I assume it is not about the downlink limit.
The first attempt worked as expected:
+RX=00 00 09 60 00 00 ff 8b
but the three following didnt, separated by 10-15 minutes each.
The status on the backend appears as ACKED so I understand sigfox backend sent the answer but nothing was received at the modem.
Link quality displays GOOD, and the sensor is located in Seville (Spain).
Any ideas about what might be wrong?
I assume as they appear as acked they all count to the downlink limit though they were not received, do they?

The signal of your device seems a bit 'low', if you don't have a lna and a filter in your device, it can be that the message either not received with enough power or not decoded due to some noise close to the device.

Thanks everybody. I believe the problem is the signal wasnt powerful enough. No LNA is included in our board, the TD1207R is directly connected to the antenna.
Besides, I assume the ACK counted as a message so one less for the day :(
